We are fresh from hosting a new seminar launching Providence Lifestyle Resorts, at the Cockburn Community Centre, and – wow – it was indeed a success!
Dozens of people turned up to hear about our wonderful, high quality gated lifestyle resorts and the unique offering in the WA market.
Of the 66 people at the information seminar, including couples, we received 16 expressions of interest.
Most of these were for Stage 1 in our Resorts in Haynes, Mandurah and Henley Brook and stage 2 and 3 of our Piara Waters Resort– it provided participants the opportunity to secure today’s prices in each of the locations.
These Resorts are mainly offering homes to purchase with a limited number of smaller homes to rent and both options are proving very popular.
Many of the participants expressed an interest to secure off the plan designs but with the ability to inspect the quality of homes and facilities at the first of the resorts being developed at Piara Waters.
Much of the seminar was focused on answering the audience’s huge number of questions, which is to be expected given how we are redefining downsizing and creating a new benchmark for secure, resort-style living in WA.
The audience feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and that our approach is ticking all the boxes!
These seminars are a wonderful way to find out more about the architecturally designed home designs, the resorts state of the art infrastructure on offer and the locations we’ve selected, all being close to major conveniences and services.
